DRILLING...
We have a range of machines from the smaller pedestal drills, capable of drilling holes up to 32mm in diameter, up to larger radial arm drills, capable of drilling holes up to 75mm in diameter.
Any component requiring highly accurate drilling to a tolerance would be carried out on our CNC milling machines for precision and uniformity.
SLOTTING...
We have on site a 200mm tool room slotting machine with 305mm headroom, a vital machine allowing us to create internal keyways and splines in your sleeve or shaft.
SAWING...
To keep our machines stocked, we have a fully automatic band saw with a diameter capacity of 250mm, capable of consistently accurate sawn billets.
We have also pull-down chop saws for the smaller diameters.
